What information may be processed?

The website provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, device or browser information, and diagnostic or security logs. If you email us or book a call, we process the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, time zone, and appointment information.

Please do not send health, therapy, sexual, or other intimate details through Calendly. A brief description that helps organise the call is enough.

Metricool analytics and your choice

We use Metricool to understand which pages are visited and how the website is used. The Metricool script does not load unless you select Allow analytics. If you select Only necessary, no Metricool request is made and the website remains usable. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Privacy settings from the footer and withdraw analytics consent at any time; the page then reloads without the analytics script.

After consent, Metricool may process technical and usage data such as visited pages, referral information, browser or device details, approximate location, interaction data, and analytics cookies or similar technical identifiers. Metricool provides the analytics service and processes analytics data for us; its policy describes any processing for which it is independently responsible. Metricool's current provider terms and privacy information are available in its Privacy Policy.

Calendly booking and privacy choices

Calendly is used to schedule the free 30-minute introduction. The embedded calendar loads automatically on the contact page so that available times can be selected directly. Calendly displays its own cookie and privacy controls inside the booking calendar. You can manage optional Calendly cookies there. The Calendly embed is independent of your Metricool analytics choice. An external link is also available if you prefer to book in a separate tab.

Because the calendar is embedded, your browser connects to Calendly when the contact page loads. Calendly may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, and request information before you submit a booking.

When you book, Calendly may process information such as your name, contact details, time zone, selected appointment, answers you provide, and technical information. Simply Happy Couples is responsible for using the booking information for your enquiry and appointment. Calendly generally acts as a processor for scheduling data on our behalf. For certain cookie and website data, Calendly may act as an independent controller as described in its Data Processing Addendum.

Calendly operates from the United States. Calendly states that it uses recognised safeguards for international transfers, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses where needed. Legal basis and retention

We process data only when an applicable GDPR legal basis exists. Metricool analytics relies on your consent. Calendly manages choices for optional cookies through its own embedded controls. Contact and booking details may be processed to take steps at your request before a service agreement or to provide an agreed service. Limited technical delivery, security, and website logs may be processed where necessary for legitimate interests. Where consent is required for optional Calendly cookies, you can manage that consent in Calendly's controls. Legal or accounting records are kept where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for its purpose. Contact and booking information is retained while needed to answer your request, organise or provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, or handle possible claims. Technical and analytics data is retained according to operational need, the relevant service settings, and provider terms. We review retention rather than keeping information indefinitely.

Your rights under the GDPR

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
